Whilst working at the Group
I developed a new strategy and
style for the way we communicated
the businesses personality and
values to internal teams.
Our aim was to rethink the modern
workplace to ensure the space
inspired a collaborative environment
for all team members.
Working with the design team,
we produced a progressive,
contemporary solution, which
included lightboxes, neon lights
and swinging signs to help add
a playful, fun energy
to a corporate environment.
We evolved the Cotton On Group's
identity during this process to deliver
engaging language, while articulating
the strategic drivers that underpin
the Group's vision.
