Is this just a prompt?
No. A prompt tells AI what to write. A Brand Brain tells it who you are: your voice, the words you’d never use, real before and after examples and your visual rules. Built and tested by hand.
Do I need paid ChatGPT, Claude or Canva?
No. It works on free plans. Canva Pro lets you use custom brand fonts; without it, I match them with free ones.
What if it doesn’t sound like me?
You get two rounds of changes within 14 days of handover.
Do I need a Brand Audit first?
No, but it helps. If you’ve had one in the last 30 days, the A$500 comes off. If not, I start with a short audit as part of the work.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, a full refund any time before you send your questionnaire. After that, you get two rounds of changes within 14 days of handover.
Can I pay it off?
